Each ExpressVPN Keys account has a recovery code which you will need if you want to reset your primary password. If your recovery code is lost or compromised, you can reset it in the ExpressVPN app for Android and ExpressVPN Keys Chrome extension.
If you are unable to reset your recovery code, follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each step:
- Verify that your device is connected to the internet.
- If you are connected to a network where internet access may be restricted (e.g., a public Wi-Fi network), connect to a VPN.
- Download and install the latest version of the ExpressVPN app for Android or ExpressVPN Keys Chrome extension.
- Sign out of the ExpressVPN app or Keys extension, then sign in again.
